Refund policy

Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The original packaging and all accessories must be included.

• For hygiene reasons, opened pet protective gear and grooming or care products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refund Method: Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
